Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Accent
  • 2 teaspoon season salt
  • 2 teaspoon onion pwdr
  • 2/3 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 2/3 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 lbs. venison or possibly beef

Direcciones

  1. Cut meat in 3/8-inch strips. Mix all ingredients to make marinade. Put meat strips in marinade sauce and marinade in refrigerator overnight.
  2. Next morning, bake strips at 150 to 200 degrees for 6-8 hrs. The longer you bake, the crispier it gets when done. Put in airtight containers. Will keep up to 2 years.
