Ingredientes

  • 1 cup - Venthaya keerai / fenugreek leaves /methi leaves
  • 1/4 cup - Red gram / thuvaram paruppu / toor dal
  • 10 nos - Sambar onion / small onion
  • 1 nos - Tomato (Chopped)
  • 1 no - Tamarind (gooseberry sized)
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Sambar powder or red chilli powder
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing.
  • Salt to taste For grinding:
  • 1 tsp - Oil
  • 2 tbsp - Grated coconut
  • 1 1/2 tbsp - Coriander seeds
  • 1 tbsp - Bengal gram / kadalai paruppu
  • 1 or 2 nos - Dry red chillies
  • 1/2 tsp - Raw Rice Seasonings:
  • 1 tbsp – Oil
  • 1/2 tsp – Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
