Ingredientes

  • 2 (3 ounce.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 2 Large eggs (optional)
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 13 ounce. can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 5 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 quart. strawberries, mashed

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, cold slightly; set aside. Beat Large eggs with electric mixer at medium speed till frothy. Gradually add in sugar, beating till thick. Add in gelatin mix, lowfat milk and vanilla; mix well. Stir in strawberries. Pour mix into freezer can of a 1 gallon hand-turned or possibly electric freezer. Start turning till made. Use large bowl which will hold a gallon to mix up in.
