Receta Virgin fresh Bloody Mary
This refreshing and zesty garden-fresh drink is ideal when summer tomatoes are at their peak.
Ingredientes
- 3 large ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2-3 tsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp freshly ground pepper
- 4 large green olives for garnish
- 8 pickled pearl onions for garnish
Direcciones
- Puree tomatoes in a blender with lemon juice, horseradish to taste, Worcestershire, sugar, and pepper, scraping down the sides as necessary.
- Refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
- Divide among 4 ice-filled glasses. Spear olives and pearl onions on toothpicks to garnish the drinks.
