Receta Wacky Cake (no butter, no eggs, no worries!) Made in the pan!

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 C flour
- 1 C sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/3 C cocoa powder
- 1/3 C oil
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 C water
