Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
  • 2/3 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 tbsp. shortening

Direcciones

  1. MEATBALLS: Mix first 7 ingredients and shape into tiny meatballs. Brown in skillet with shortening. Remove meatballs. Keep hot. Pour fat from skillet.
  2. SAUCE: Mix cornstarch and sugar, stir in reserved syrup, vinegar and soy sauce. Pour into skillet and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly till mix thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute. Add in meatballs, pineapple tidbits and green pepper. Heat through and serve over rice. Serve with vegetables, corn preferred.
