Ingredientes

  • 2 tbsp. salad oil or possibly fat
  • 2 to 3 lbs. broiler fryers, quartered
  • 3 c. canned tomato juice
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 4 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

  1. Start heating oven to 350 degrees. In warm salad oil, in skillet, brown chicken well on all sides. Remove to shallow baking pan. In saucepan, combine tomato juice, vinegar, sugar, onions, Worcestershire, ketchup, mustard, pepper, and salt. Heat; pour over chicken. Bake chicken, uncovered, 1 hour or possibly till tender, basting every 10 min with sauce. (If sauce is thick, stir in a little water.) Makes 8 servings.
