Walnut Chocolate Chip Pie

Ingredientes

  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
  • 1/2 c. chocolate chips
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. light corn syrup
  • 3 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 c. coarsely minced walnuts
  • Dash of salt

Direcciones

  1. Line pie plate with pastry. Sprinkle chocolate chips in bottom. Beat Large eggs slightly, add in sugar; stir till sugar is dissolved. Add in corn syrup, butter and vanilla. Stir in walnuts and salt. Pour filling into pastry. Cover edge of pie with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Remove foil and bake for 30 to 35 min longer. Cold.
