Warm & Tangy Vegetable Salad

Ingredientes

  • 1 can (16 ounce.) Del Monte Blue Lake cut green beans
  • 1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 1 tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 4 slices bacon, cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 1 can (16 ounce.) Del Monte whole new potatoes, liquid removed & sliced
  • Freshly grnd pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Drain green beans reserving 2 Tbsp. liquid. Combine reserved liquid, salad dressing, vinegar and mustard. In skillet, cook bacon till crisp; remove from pan. Add in potatoes and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, till potatoes are golden brown.
  2. Add in green beans and bacon to skillet. Stir in dressing; heat thoroughly. Serves 4 to 6.
