Receta Warm Thai-Peanut Noodle Main Dish
Delicious Asian flavors, light enough for lunch.
Ingredientes
- 8 ounce Angel Hair Pasta (or sub with your favorite noodles)
- salt for boiling noodles
- 1/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 3 tablespoons (low sodium ) Soy Sauce
- one scallion (cut on the bias)Garnish
- one teaspoon grated fresh ginger root
- one carrot (shredded)
Direcciones
- In a pot of boiling salted water add pasta and cook per box instructions to al dente, rinse
- In a saute pan on medium low heat add all other ingredients and stir gently to mix as you add each, cook 5-6 minutes
- Add cooked noodles and gently stir. top with scallions, cook 3-4 minutes and serve.
