%20Sunday%20afternoon%20so%20I%20ate%20lunch%20via%20movie%20snacks%20%E2%80%93%20a%20big%20baggie%20of%20baby%20carrots%20and%202servings%20of%20spice%20drops.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20also%20ate%20this%20Himalayan%20mint%20%E2%80%93%20raw%20honey,%20unsweetened%20chocolate,%20peppermint%20oil%20%E2%80%93%20en%20route%20to%20the%20theatre.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhen%20we%20were%20home,%20watching%20not%20watching%20Buffy,%20the%20craving%20for%20popcorn%20finally%20hit%20so%20we%20hiked%20over%20to%20Walgreeens%20to%20get%20a%20bag.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20also%20split%20a%20sherbet%20melon.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20was%20really%20excited%20about%20this%20new%20fruit%20but%20I%20think%20we%20let%20it%20get%20too%20ripe%20because%20it%20ended%20up%20basically%20being%20a%20mushy%20cantelope.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDinner%20was%20another%20frozen%20meal%20from%20the%20Tandoor%20Chef%20line,%20Channa%20Masala%20%E2%80%93%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhile%20not%20as%20delicious%20as%20the%20veggie%20pad%20thai%20it%20was%20still%20ridiculously%20tasty,%20and%20the%20nutritional%20stats%20were%20a%20bit%20better.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20ate%20the%20whole%20box,%20or%202%20servings.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20morning%20my%20move%20did%20improve%20drastically%20when%20the%20husband%20cracked%20open%20a%20young%20Thai%20coconut%20for%20me.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20drank%20some%20straight%20from%20the%20source%20but%20the%20rest%20of%20the%20water%20and%20flesh%20I%20blended%20with%20ice%20cubes%20and%20cinnamon-sugar%20for%20a%20fabulous%20smoothie.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDid%20you%20know%20young%20Thai%20coconuts%20only%20have%20~200calories?%20%20I%20finally%20looked%20it%20up,%20but%20I%E2%80%99d%20been%20assuming%20that%20the%20number%20was%20much%20higher.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20also%20ate%20a%20Thai%20Peanut%20Primal%20Strip%20in%20the%20car.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20was%20ok,%20but%20I%20prefered%20the%20flavor%20of%20the%20bbq.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20husband%20dropped%20me%20off%20at%20school%20today%20and%20took%20the%20car%20to%20the%20lab.%20%20The%20benefit%20of%20that%20is%20twofold;%201.%20I%20had%20more%20time%20to%20cram%20study%20for%20my%20sociology%20exam,%20and%202.%20I%20got%20the%20incidental%20exercise%20of%20the%202.5mile%20walk%20home.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20was%20all%20set%20up%20to%20study%20in%20the%20food%20court%20when%20my%20stomach%20starting%20growling%20howling.%20%20My%20smoothie%20and%20Primal%20Strip%20added%20up%20to%20~300calories%20which%20isn%E2%80%99t%20a%20huge%20breakfast%20but%20is%20definitely%20able%20to%20hold%20me%20over%20on%20many%20a%20day.%20%20Well%20not%20this%20day.%20%20I%20seriously%20got%20panicked%20when%20it%20looked%20like%20I%20wouldn%E2%80%99t%20find%20a%20snack%20and%20I%20almost%20ate%20my%20packed%20lunch!%20%20Thankfully%20I%20spotted%20a%20humus/pretzel%20pack%20at%20the%20coffee%20shop.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAfter%20scarfing%20the%20snack%20pack%20(and%20drinking%20an%20entire%20Sigg%E2%80%99s%20worth%20of%20water)%20I%20finally%20felt%20full%20enough%20to%20tackle%20my%20book.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20ended%20up%20being%20really%20confident%20about%20the%20information%20but%20the%20test%20only%20went%20alright%20because%20the%20questions%20were%20worded%20really%20poorly.%20%20I%20feel%20like%20as%20a%20teacher%20for%20two%20years%20I%E2%80%99m%20qualified%20to%20comment%20on%20that%20and%20seriously,%20the%20test%20sucked.%20%20Still,%20I%20got%20the%20best%20grade%20in%20the%20class,%20by%20a%20lot.%20%20For%20reals%20kids?%20%20I%20could%20also%20school%20you%20in%20how%20Buffy%20ended!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20stopped%20midway%20during%20my%202.5mile%20walk%20home%20to%20sit%20at%20a%20coffee%20shop%20and%20study%20for%20a%20few%20hours.%20%20Since%20I%20knew%20the%20vegan%20pickings%20would%20be%20slim%20I%20packed%20my%20own%20lunch,%20a%20Kona%20Moka%20Pro%20Bar.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20flavor%20(a%20little%20touch%20of%20sweet)%20and%20texture%20(a%20lot%20like%20a%20Lara/Kind%20bar%20hybrid)%20were%20definitely%20impressive%20and%20it%20was%20pretty%20filling.%20%20At%20360calories%20this%20was%20more%20of%20a%20meal%20replacement%20than%20snack%20bar.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhen%20I%20got%20home%20(after%20finishing%20my%20walk)%20I%20snacked%20on%202servings%20of%20yellow%20tortilla%20chips%20with%204T%20of%20chunky%20salsa.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENow%20I%E2%80%99m%20doing%20some%20organizing%20and%20waiting%20for%20the%20husband%20to%20get%20home%20and%20help%20me%20chop%20dinner.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWow.%20%20That%20was%20an%20insanely%20whiney%20post!%20%20Any%20Monday%20complaints%20you%E2%80%99d%20like%20to%20whine%20about?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELike%20Loading...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERelated%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
