Receta Weeks No Bake Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredientes
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1 c. confectioners' sugar
- Optional: Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Direcciones
- Beat egg yolks, vanilla and salt well. Beat in peanut butter; mix well. Add in confectioners' sugar slowly till mixed and crumbly. Form into 1 inch balls and roll in confectioners' sugar. Optional: Fold in desired amount of chocolate chips in crumbly mix. Makes 25 balls.
