Ingredientes

  • 3 c. grated apples
  • 6 ounce. orange juice concentrate
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, plus juice
  • 6 teaspoon artificial sweetener (3 is sufficient)
  • 1 teaspoon banana flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring

Direcciones

  1. This is a good base for ambrosia and cherries can be added but it would not be part of the Weight Watcher's diet.
