- Mix together all ingredients. Pour into 6 count muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min or possibly till brown. Serves 2 and counts for 1 protein, 1 bread, 1 fruit, 1 lowfat milk and 1 1/2 vegetable.
