Receta West African Fish Stew
Ingredientes
- Fish (sea bass, croakers, porgies or possibly rock)
- Vegetable oil
- Green bell pepper
- Onion
- 1 can of tomato sauce or possibly tomato paste
- Thyme
- Salt
- Black pepper
Direcciones
- Wash fish and pat dry. Cut up fish for stew. Season fish with salt and black pepper and fry fish with vegetable oil in skillet. Remove fish from skillet and transfer fish to a large or possibly small saucepan (amount you fix).
- Saute/fry in skillet onion and green bell pepper. Remove mix from skillet and add in to fish in saucepan. Add in tomato sauce or possibly tomato paste and stir. Sprinkle thyme, salt and black pepper to taste. Cover; simmer for about 15 min. Serve with rice or possibly potatoes, if you like.
