Ingredientes

  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 T cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 sm. (4 ounce) jars strained baby prunes w/tapioca
  • 2/3 c. raisins
  • 1 c. Zoom or possibly instant rolled wheat
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 3 ounce cream cheese

Direcciones

  1. Sift all dry ingredients into mixing bowl, including sugar. Add in liquid ingredients and mix well. Add in instant wheat and raisins. Beat 4 min. Pour into two 9 inch round cake pans that have been greased and lightly floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
  2. Cream well.Add in 1 lb confectioners' sugar, sifted, 1/8 tsp salt, 1 tsp vanilla. Blend and beat thoroughly.
