Receta Wheat Chocolate Prune Cake

Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 2 T cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 sm. (4 ounce) jars strained baby prunes w/tapioca
- 2/3 c. raisins
- 1 c. Zoom or possibly instant rolled wheat
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 3 ounce cream cheese
Direcciones
- Sift all dry ingredients into mixing bowl, including sugar. Add in liquid ingredients and mix well. Add in instant wheat and raisins. Beat 4 min. Pour into two 9 inch round cake pans that have been greased and lightly floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
- Cream well.Add in 1 lb confectioners' sugar, sifted, 1/8 tsp salt, 1 tsp vanilla. Blend and beat thoroughly.
