Ingredientes

  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 c. wheat germ
  • 3 tbsp. brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (8 ounce.) container plain low-fat yogurt
  • 6 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 slightly beaten egg
  • 1/2 c. raisins

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine dry ingredients and sugar. Add in yogurt, butter, egg and raisins. Stir till moist. Fill muffin c. 2/3 full. Makes 12. Bake at 375 degrees for 17-22 min. 155 calories each.
