%20I%20watched%20an%20episode%20of%20%E2%80%9CThe%20Dollhouse.%E2%80%9D%20%20I%20discovered%20it%20this%20weekend%20and%20I%E2%80%99m%20in%20love;%20why%20do%20I%20always%20discover%20shows%20after%20they%E2%80%99ve%20gone%20off%20the%20air?!?%20%20Meanwhile,%20Adam%20and%20I%20split%20a%20serving%20of%20Salsa%20Kathy%E2%80%99s%20Krackers.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHow%20gorgeous%20is%20that?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAlso,%20I%20joined%20Adam%20for%20a%20trip%20to%20the%20gym.%20%20Since%20I%E2%80%99m%20turning%2025%20in%20a%20month%20I%20don%E2%80%99t%20think%20my%20incidental%20exercise%20walks%20are%20going%20to%20cut%20it%20by%20themselves.%20%20I%20did%20an%20easy%20season%20on%20the%20treadmill%20(remind%20me%20that%20I%E2%80%99m%20NOT%20to%20run%20for%20more%20than%2015minutes%20until%20next%20week!),%20that%20was%20actually%20not%20that%20easy.%20%20Can%20we%20say%20out%20of%20shape?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E5minutes%20walking%20warm%20up%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E(3minutes%20running%20+%202minutes%20walking)%20x%203%20=%2012minutes%20intervals%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E6minutes%20running%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E4minutes%20walking%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20ended%20up%20covering%202.5miles%20in%20my%2030minutes.%20%20Then%20I%20finished%20up%20with%20some%20stretching%20and%20pt.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPost-shower%20I%20made%20a%20delightful,%20dippable%20dinner.%20%20Boco%20Meatless%20Nuggets,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eoven%20roasted%20yellow%20squash,%20zucchini,%20and%20potato.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAll%20together,%20with%20honey%20mustard%20dipping%20sauce.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20was%20still%20feeling%20hungry%20after%20dinner,%20probably%20because%20my%20day%20was%20pretty%20light%20on%20proteins%20and%20fats,%20so%20I%20made%20myself%20a%20revolutionary%20snack.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EProtein%20pudding%20sans%20icky%20fake%20protein%20powder%20%E2%80%93%20into%20the%20blender%20went%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20finally,%20I%20worked%20on%20my%20oral%20presentation%20for%20Thursday.%20%20I%20actually%20have%20a%20test%20tomorrow%20but%20I%E2%80%99ll%20work%20on%20that%20in%20the%20morning%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENow%20I%E2%80%99m%20going%20to%20go%20accomplish%20bedtime.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhat%20is%20your%20favorite%20dipping%20sauce?%20%20Mine%20is%201000island,%20with%20everything!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELike%20Loading...%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
