%20%20You%20can%20too!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E*It%20was%20bothering%20me%20why%20my%20enchiladas%20didn't%20look%20so%20%22white%22....%20and%20we%20made%20them%20again%20this%20weekend%20and%20I%20figured%20out%20why!%20The%20first%20time%20we%20made%20it,%20we%20obviously%20didn't%20use%20white%20Monterey%20Jack%20cheese.%20I%20think%20we%20used%20a%20mix%20of%20cheddar%20and%20Monterey%20Jack,%20so%20that's%20why%20the%20cheese%20looks%20all%20yellow%20in%20my%20picture.%20So%20we%20noticed%20that%20the%20second%20time%20around,%20and%20also%20that%20it%20actually%20didn't%20have%20as%20much%20flavor%20as%20we%20had%20thought...%20and%20was%20missing%20something.%20PJ%20mentioned%20serving%20it%20with%20salsa%20or%20something.%20It%20was%20just%20missing%20that%20extra%20somethin%20to%20make%20it%20really%20special.%20Funny%20how%20we%20had%20different%20reactions%20between%20the%20first%20and%20second%20time%20trying%20it.%20Just%20wanted%20to%20give%20you%20guys%20that%20update,%20in%20case%20you%20were%20thinking%20I%20was%20crazy%20and%20wondering%20where%20the%20%22white%22%20came%20in.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPeace,%20and%20bacon%20grease!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
