Receta White Chocolate And Fruit Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 T sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pt. or possibly more raspberries, strawberries, or possibly combinations of grapes, oranges, kiwi, etc.
- 1/3 pound dry apricots, minced
- 1/2 c. minced white chocolate
- 2/3 c. pistachios or possibly unsalted macadamias, minced
Direcciones
- Heat whipping cream just till it comes to a boil. Beat egg yolks and sugar in bowl. Gradually whisk hot cream into sugar-egg mix. Return to saucepan and cook over low heat till slightly thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in vanilla. Cool and refrigerate, covered, in bowl.Layer fruit in serving container. Sprinkle with apricots, white chocolate and pistachios. Serve with cream custard sauce. Serves 6.
