White Sauce Cake Frosting

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. lowfat milk, divided
  • 3 T flour
  • 1 c. Crisco
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Make a white sauce with 1/4 cup lowfat milk and flour. Gradually add in to 3/4 cup lowfat milk in a saucepan. Over medium heat, cook till thick, stirring constantly. Set aside till completely cold.Beat Crisco and sugar till very fluffy. Add in cold white sauce to sugar mix. Add in vanilla; beat till very fluffy.
  2. Frost cake, making frosting stand up in peaks all over cake by tapping spatula all over cake.
