Ingredientes

  • 1cp unsalted butter
  • 2cps sugar
  • 2egg yolks
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 baking soda
  • 1tsplemon juice
  • 1cp butter milk
  • 2-1/2 cps sifted flour

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Butter 3 8inch round cake pans
  3. line the bottoms with parchment paper
  4. Butter and flour parchment paper
  5. In a large bowl cream sugar,flour,and butter till creamy
  6. add egg yolks and eggs one at a time
  7. combine Buttermilk ,baking soda and lemon
  8. add buttermilk mixture and flour all together
  9. pour into pans and bake about 25-30 minutes
  10. let cool about twenty minutes and turn onto wire rack and cool
  11. Fill with LEMON CURD AND TOP WITH CREAM CHEESE ..AND A LEMON GLAZE ...Heavenly and sinfully delicious
