Ingredientes
- 1cp unsalted butter
- 2cps sugar
- 2egg yolks
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 baking soda
- 1tsplemon juice
- 1cp butter milk
- 2-1/2 cps sifted flour
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Butter 3 8inch round cake pans
- line the bottoms with parchment paper
- Butter and flour parchment paper
- In a large bowl cream sugar,flour,and butter till creamy
- add egg yolks and eggs one at a time
- combine Buttermilk ,baking soda and lemon
- add buttermilk mixture and flour all together
- pour into pans and bake about 25-30 minutes
- let cool about twenty minutes and turn onto wire rack and cool
- Fill with LEMON CURD AND TOP WITH CREAM CHEESE ..AND A LEMON GLAZE ...Heavenly and sinfully delicious
