White Whiskey Cake

Ingredientes

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 3 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. minced walnuts
  • 1 1/2 c. dates
  • 1 c. cherries (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Cream together butter, butter, sugar and Large eggs. Add in remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased, floured tube pan (bundt pan was used in the testing) and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 min. Remove from oven and while cake is still warm, mix: 1/2 c. orange juice, 1/3 c. sugar and 1/4 c. of whiskey in a bowl. Pour over cake at once. Cold three hrs before removing from pan.
