.%20I%20didn't%20finish%20my%20coconut%20water%20because%20this%20new%20brand%20I%20tried%20was%20way%20too%20sweet%20for%20me.%20It%20tasted%20like%20marshmallow%20juice.%20I%20definitely%20prefer%20the%20Tetrapak%20style%20coconut%20water%20to%20the%20kind%20in%20a%20can.%20I%20don't%20know%20why%20it%20tastes%20different,%20but%20it%20does.%20I%20actually%20added%20a%20half%20part%20of%20water%20to%20the%20coconut%20water,%20then%20it%20tasted%20really%20nice.%20I%20won't%20buy%20that%20brand%20again,%20however.%20I'm%20going%20to%20try%20some%20other%20Tetrapak%20kinds,%20but%20O.N.E.%20is%20still%20my%20favorite.%20I%20worked%20outdoors%20for%205%20hours,%20except%20for%20a%20half%20hour%20lunch%20break.%20During%20that%20time%20I%20drank%20over%20half%20a%20gallon%20of%20water%20and%20probably%20sweated%20that%20much%20out!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAfter%20I%20got%20home%20in%20the%20afternoon,%20I%20had%20another%20bowl%20of%20stir-fry%20and%20cauliflower%20rice%20and%20a%20handful%20of%20the%20dry%20roasted%20cashews%20I%20made%20over%20the%20weekend,%20and%20I%20finally%20felt%20satisfied,%20but%20not%20completely%20full.%20Despite%20feeling%20hungry,%20I%20kept%20my%20mood%20up,%20which%20is%20really%20surprising%20for%20even%20me!%20While%20I%20home%20I%20entered%20data%20into%20Excel%20and%20also%20during%20that%20time%20I%20hard%20boiled%20some%20eggs%20and%20made%20some%20vinaigrette%20for%20the%20week,%20all%20while%20having%20a%20cup%20of%20my%20favorite%20loose%20leaf%20jasmine%20green%20tea.%20Even%20though%20I%20worked%20hard%20outdoors%20all%20morning%20and%20early%20afternoon,%20I%20still%20had%20the%20energy%20to%20go%20to%20the%20gym%20and%20do%20my%20usual%20routine.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDinner%20was%20simple%20but%20tasty...roasted%20dark%20meat%20chicken%20quarters%20with%20my%20Roasted%20Chicken%20Seasoning%20blend.%20I%20also%20steamed%20some%20green%20beans%20alongside,%20and%20had%20leftover%20roasted%20broccoli.%20I%20ended%20up%20eating%20another%20chicken%20leg%20after,%20and%20had%20a%20nectarine%20for%20dessert.%20By%20the%20end%20of%20dinner,%20my%20water%20count%20was%20up%20to%20a%20gallon%20for%20the%20day%20between%20working%20outside,%20my%20workout,%20and%20what%20I%20%20had%20with%20meals.%20I%20think%20I%20exerted%20myself%20a%20lot%20today!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhat%20this%20day%20taught%20me%20is%20that%20there%20can%20be%20a%20huge%20dispersion%20between%20how%20much%20I%20need%20to%20eat%20on%20non-active%20days%20and%20how%20much%20I%20need%20when%20I'm%20really%20active.%20Tomorrow,%20I'm%20going%20to%20eat%20a%20bigger%20breakfast%20and%20take%20plenty%20of%20lunch.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
