Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 3 tbsp. oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 c. all purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 c. rolled oats
  • 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Spray muffin tins with a cooking spray. In a large bowl, beat lowfat milk, oil, and egg. In separate bowl combine flours, oats, sugars, salt, baking pwdr and cinnamon. Blend dry into wet ingredients. Fill muffin tins 1/2 to 3/4 full. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven 15 to 18 min or possibly till tops are golden brown.
