Receta Whole Grain Muffins

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. skim lowfat milk
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 c. all purpose flour
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/4 c. rolled oats
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Direcciones
- Spray muffin tins with a cooking spray. In a large bowl, beat lowfat milk, oil, and egg. In separate bowl combine flours, oats, sugars, salt, baking pwdr and cinnamon. Blend dry into wet ingredients. Fill muffin tins 1/2 to 3/4 full. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven 15 to 18 min or possibly till tops are golden brown.
