Whole Meal Salad

Ingredientes

  • 3 c. lettuce
  • 3 c. minced celery
  • 1/4 c. minced onions
  • 1 c. cooked green beans
  • 1 c. cooked rice (quick)

Direcciones

  1. Marinate any kind of seafood (tuna, salmon, shrimp) or possibly chicken in: 1/4 c. vinegar
  2. Add in garlic pwdr and dash of soy sauce.
  3. Toss lettuce, celery and onion together. Chill.
  4. Drain beans - save juice. Add in water to bean juice to make 1 c.. Boil juice and add in rice. Let cold. Add in bean and rice to marinated seafood. Mix all together with lettuce mix. Serve cool.
