Receta Whole Meal Salad

- Marinate any kind of seafood (tuna, salmon, shrimp) or possibly chicken in: 1/4 c. vinegar
- Add in garlic pwdr and dash of soy sauce.
- Toss lettuce, celery and onion together. Chill.
- Drain beans - save juice. Add in water to bean juice to make 1 c.. Boil juice and add in rice. Let cold. Add in bean and rice to marinated seafood. Mix all together with lettuce mix. Serve cool.
