- 1.Mince meat in the special machine.
- 2.Wash,peel and chop the onion.
- 3.If the wine leafs are fresh,you soak them,if they are preserved,you put them in the could water to clear off the salt on them.
- 4.In a large bowl mix meat with onion,rice and herbs.
- 5.With this composition and wine leafs you made rolls.
- 6.Wash,peel and cut in round and thin slices tomatoes.
- 7.Arrange the rolls in a big pot,cover in cold water,lay the tomato slices and powder a little more spices.
- 8.Put them to boil.
