Wok Chicken Wings

Ingredientes

  • 12 to 15 chicken wings cut at joints and tips removed
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 2 T Chinese cooking wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon "five spice"
  • Peanut or possibly Wok oil
  • 4 slices fresh ginger root (thinly cut)
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 T Lite soya sauce

Direcciones

  1. On high heat, add in oil, garlic and ginger root to Wok. Cook, stirring for 1 to 2 min. Add in chicken pcs and continue to move mix in Wok for 1 to 2 min. Add in remaining ingredients (mix these together and add in as a fluid mix).Put to medium heat, cover and stir occasionally for 30 to 45 min. Cook till only oil is left in bottom of wok. Serve as finger food, or possibly with rice on the side for an entree.
