%20working%20against%20me,%20ironically%20what%20ended%20up%20killing%20me%20was%20my%20tight%20calf%20muscles!%20%20I%20don%E2%80%99t%20even%20know%20what%20was%20happening%20with%20my%20legs%20but%20the%20best%20way%20I%20can%20describe%20it%20is%20that%20my%20calf%20muscles%20felt%20like%20rubber%20bands%20that%20were%20about%20to%20snap.%20%20It%20took%20me%2020%20minutes%20before%20I%20felt%20even%20remotely%20warmed%20up.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBefore%20I%20got%20on%20the%20treadmill%20I%20did%20adress%20the%20fueling%20issue.%20%20I%20slammed%20a%20tangerine%20PowerBar%20Gel,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eand%20bought%20myself%20a%20grape%20G2%20and%20a%20water.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAll%20total%20I%20stayed%20on%20the%20treadmill%20for%20an%20hour,%20doing%20some%20running%20and%20mostly%20walking.%20%201%20hour,%20for%205%20miles%20on%20the%20nose.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%E2%80%99ve%20been%20in%20such%20a%20crabby%20mood%20the%20last%20few%20days%20and%20even%20though%20my%20workout%20was%20terrible%20it%20totally%20lifted%20my%20mood!%20%20Mother%20Nature%20was%20looking%20out%20for%20my%20happiness%20too%20%E2%80%93%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAfter%20a%20quick%20errand%20and%20a%20crucial%20shower,%20I%20was%20ready%20for%20lunch.%20%20My%20teeth,%20in%20brand%20new%20retainers,%20were%20not%20feeling%20as%20ready%20as%20my%20belly%20though.%20%20I%20ended%20up%20doing%20fries%20and%20ice%20cream,%20healthy%20living%20blog%20style.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EA%20big%20pile%20of%20oven-roasted%20green%20bean%20fries.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECooked%2030minutes%20at%20450*%20with%20a%20bit%20of%20salt%20and%20cooking%20spray.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20a%20bowl%20of%20banana%20soft%20serve.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20food%20processed%201.5%20frozen%20bananas,%20a%20splash%20of%20Silk%20Vanilla%20Almond%20Milk,%20and%202%20Tbsp%20of%20Smucker%E2%80%99s%20Natural%20Peanut%20Butter%20with%20Honey.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBoth%20items%20ended%20up%20being%20de-lish-us!%20%20Hopefully%20they%20will%20help%20me%20fuel%20through%20my%20afternoon,%20since%20I%E2%80%99ve%20got%20a%20monster%20to-do%20list%20to%20tackle:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Efold/put%20away%20my%20laundry%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Efold%20Adam%E2%80%99s%20laundry%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Efinish%20putting%20away%20my%20school%20stuff%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eclean%20the%20bathroom%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eclean%20the%20kitchen%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eget%20set%20up%20for%20job%20hunting%20tomorrow%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Esend%20some%20blog%20e-mails%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ebackup%20my%20files%20from%20this%20school%20year%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eschedule%20some%20doctors%E2%80%99%20appointments%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Efix%20my%20nail%20polish%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Estart%20reading%20a%20new%20book%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Emake%20dinner%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhat%E2%80%99s%20on%20your%20to-do%20list%20today?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELike%20Loading...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERelated%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
