Ingredientes
- 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
- 1 cup Israeli couscous, uncooked-(Also known as pearl couscous)
- 1 can (14.5 oz) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 lb frozen, cooked & cleaned medium-size shrimp, thawed
- 1 cup small broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped red onions
- (2 tbsp) reduced-fat mayonnaise with olive oil
Direcciones
- Heat salad dressing in a large skillet over medium heat. Add couscous; cook 3 minutes or until lightly toasted, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in broth. Bring to a boil; cover. Simmer over medium-low heat 10 minutes or until most of the broth is absorbed and the couscous is tender.
- Add in the shrimp and vegetables; mix well. Cook, covered for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in the mayonnaise.
