Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp soybean oil
  • 1 oz bean sprouts, fresh
  • 1/2 oz green onions, slice 1/8"
  • 1 oz frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/2 oz bay shrimp, thawed
  • 1/2 oz BBQ roast pork, sliced
  • 3 oz steamed rice
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp soy sauce, dark
  • 1 tsp soy sauce, light
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp MSG

Direcciones

  1. Heat soybean oil in hot wok. Stir fry the vegetables.
  2. Drain and add bay shrimp, bbq roast pork slices, and steamed rice while adding the chicken broth and seasoning.
  3. Cover with a lid and let steam for about 30 seconds.
  4. Serve hot.
