%20is%20to%20go%20three%20times%20a%20week%20for%20the%20next%20two%20months,%20minus%20the%20week%20I%E2%80%99m%20in%20Ohio%20with%20my%20parents.%20%20Today%20I%20did%20a%2075%20minute%20flow%20class.%20%20I%E2%80%99ve%20never%20tried%20flow%20before,%20and%20I%20wasn%E2%80%99t%20very%20good,%20but%20I%20loved%20it.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%E2%80%9CI%20had%20to%20run%20errands%20at%20school%20after%20yoga%20so%20I%20decided%20to%20make%20it%20a%20cardio%20day%20as%20well%E2%80%9D%20%E2%80%A6I%20breezily%20say%20as%20if%20I%20work%20out%20all%20of%20the%20time!%20%20I%20did%20today%20though.%20%2040%20minutes%20on%20the%20stationary%20bike%20at%20level%2010%20random.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOn%20my%20walk%20to%20school%20between%20yoga%20and%20the%20gym%20I%20refueled%20with%20a%20Vanilla%20Stinger%20Waffle.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOh%20my%20goodness%20was%20it%20good!%20%20I%20thought%20it%20was%20going%20to%20be%20some%20sort%20of%20chew%20and%20it%20ended%20up%20being%20a%20cookie!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20I%20did%20feel%20great%20during%20my%202nd%20workout.%20%20I%20totally%20bought%20more%20of%20these%20at%20the%20store%20today.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhen%20I%20got%20home%20I%20made%20this%20strange%20but%20genius%20drink.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1%20cup%20of%20cold%20(double%20bagged)%20red%20velvet%20cake%20tea%20with%201%20cup%20of%20fat-free%20chocolate%20milk.%20%20Adam%20and%20I%20both%20were%20big%20fans%20of%20this%20combo.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20did%20a%20couple%20of%20errands%20at%20school%20and%20I%20kept%20the%20productivity%20going%20all%20afternoon.%20%20My%20most%20exciting%20to-done%20was%20signing%20up%20for%20malpractice%20insurance.%20%20We%20are%20going%20to%20have%20our%20very%20own%20patients%20this%20year%20so%20we%20need%20to%20cover%20ourselves%20legally.%20%20Thankfully%20student%20insurance%20is%20pretty%20cheap%20and%20it%20is%20fun%20to%20start%20to%20feel%20official.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMy%20final%20errand%20was%20grocery%20shopping.%20%20I%20got%20lunch%20from%20Wegman%E2%80%99s%20hot%20bar.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EA%20jalape%C3%B1o%20popper%20and%20a%20bit%20of%20macaroni,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eand%20veggies.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20haven%E2%80%99t%20gotten%20hot%20bar%20in%20a%20while%20and%20sadly%20this%20didn%E2%80%99t%20thrill%20me%20the%20way%20it%20used%20it.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAlong%20with%20the%20essentials,%20I%20bought%20a%20box%20of%20Fiber%20One%20Chocolate%20Chip%20Cookies%20on%20sale.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESuper%20meh,%20but%20they%20were%20very%20cheap%20so%20I%E2%80%99m%20glad%20I%20tried.%20%20The%20texture%20was%20way%20to%20cakey.%20%20They%20will%20be%20good%20for%20throwing%20into%20my%20purse%20before%20work%20or%20class,%20but%20I%E2%80%99m%20pretty%20sure%20I%20won%E2%80%99t%20be%20buying%20more%20when%20I%20finish%20the%20six%20that%20came%20with%20this%20box.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20also%20bought%20chips%20at%20the%20store.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBuffalo%20and%20blue%20cheese%20ruffled%20chips.%20%20I%20took%20one%20bite%20and%20knew%20that%20they%20were%20going%20to%20be%20dinner.%20%20So%20I%20pushed%20back%20our%20planned%20meal%20and%20bought%20some%20dip.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EToo%20much%20fun.%20%20Adam%20randomly%20ate%20a%20ton%20of%20food%20at%205%20pm%20so%20he%20didn%E2%80%99t%20need%20dinner%20anyway.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20did%20try%20to%20feel%20healthy%20by%20eating%20two%20plums%20for%20dessert%20though.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20I%20probably%20won%E2%80%99t%20do%20leftovers%20for%20dinner%20tomorrow!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhat%20are%20your%20thoughts%20on%20%23yolo?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELike%20Loading...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERelated%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
