Receta Yogurt-Marinated Chicken Kebabs with Tzatziki
Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- Juice from 1 lemon
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt, more to taste
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, more to taste
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
- 1 large red onion, cut into wedges
- Flatbread or pitas, for serving
- Special equipment: wooden skewers (soaked in water for at least twenty minutes)
- For the tzatziki:
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ½ tablespoon white wine vinegar
- ½ hothouse cucumber, seeded and grated
- Juice from ½ a lemon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
