.%20%20So,%20really,%20I%20was%20doing%20my%20family%20a%20favor%20by%20not%20subjecting%20them%20to%20too%20many%20soft,%20chewy%20leftover%20croutons.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20will%20always%20take%20one%20for%20the%20team%20when%20Mustard%20Croutons%20are%20involved.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20Low%20Down:%20the%20soup%20was%20just%20soup.%20%20It%20was%20fine.%20%20Though%20there%20are%20other%20cauliflower%20soups%20I%20prefer,%20the%20croutons%20were%20special.%20%20So%20mustardy,%20tangy,%20addictive.%20%20All%20three%20of%20us%20thought%20they%20were%20great.%20%20I%20did%20have%20a%20hard%20time%20achieving%20that%20crouton%20crunch%20(which%20is%20probably%20why%20they%20were%20soft%20and%20chewy%20the%20next%20day),%20but%20they%20could%20have%20the%20texture%20of%20a%20soggy%20sponge%20for%20all%20I%20care%20as%20long%20as%20they%20taste%20like%20they%20taste.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20soup%20and%20crouton%20recipes%20can%20be%20found%20HERE.%20%20The%20only%20changes%20I%20made%20were%20to%20use%20a%20mixture%20of%202%20Tbsp%20Dijon%20and%201%20Tbsp%20Creole%20Mustard%20for%20the%20croutons.%20%20Also%20added%20some%20chopped%20chives%20and%20dill%20to%20the%20crouton%20mixture.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOver%20the%20past%206%20months,%20my%20Top%20Five%20Ottolenghi%20recipes%20were...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI'm%20not%20usually%20one%20to%20turn%20to%20turkey%20when%20making%20burgers,%20but%20these%20changed%20my%20mind.%20%20The%20sour%20cream%20sauce%20didn't%20hurt%20a%20thing%20either.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20was%20a%20really%20fun%20thing%20to%20do%20with%20okra--which%20may%20not%20be%20everyone's%20favorite,%20but%20let's%20face%20it,%20fried%20food%20with%20a%20good%20dipping%20sauce%20rocks.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhen%20it%20was%20announced%20that%20we%20would%20be%20cooking%20the%20recipes%20of%20Ottolenghi,%20I%20was%20kinda%20iffy.%20%20Never%20mind%20that%20I'm%20always%20iffy%20when%20there's%20a%20change%20going%20down.%20%20Just%20forget%20that.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EYO's%20Sweet%20Potato%20Cakes%20was%20one%20of%20the%20first%20recipes%20I%20tried%20for%20this%20round%20of%20IHCC%20and%20it%20was%20one%20of%20the%20best.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20dish,%20with%20eye-popping%20red%20accents,%20has%20a%20fantastic%20paste%20made%20with%20capers,%20garlic,%20and%20parsley.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20can't%20say%20enough%20about%20this%20pie.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAlthough%20it%20isn't%20the%20healthiest%20YO%20recipe,%20I%20thought%20it%20was%20the%20best.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENext%20week%20we%20say%20Hey,%20Donna%20Hay!%20%20If%20you'd%20like%20to%20join%20in,%20please%20visit%20I%20Heart%20Cooking%20Clubs%20for%20the%20details.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
