Ingredientes

  • 2 shots espresso
  • 1 1/2 c. eggnog
  • 2 T. powdered white sugar
  • 2 t. hazelnut syrup
  • Powdered cinnamon
  • Freshly grated nutmeg

Direcciones

  1. Brew the espresso and briefly set it aside.
  2. Place the eggnog in a cold frothing pitcher and steam. Since eggnog is so rich, you will not get a lot of froth, but some will develop as you heat it through.
  3. Place 1 T. white chocolate and 1 t. hazelnut syrup in the bottom of each warm mug and pour in equal amounts of steamed eggnog.
  4. Stir to dissolve the chocolate and syrup.
  5. Place a long handled spoon in each warm mug, then cap off with a bit of froth.
  6. Pour a shot of espresso down the center of each mug.
  7. Dust with cinnamon and nutmeg and serve immediately.
