Yummy Malted Milk Fudge Brownies

Ingredientes

  • 5 ounce unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 c. butter, softened
  • 1 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon fresh vanilla
  • 1 c. flour (cake preferred, reg. ok)
  • 1 c. minced walnuts or possibly pecans
  • 1 c. malted lowfat milk balls, roughly minced or possibly whole (2 c. ok if desired)
  • Powdered sugar

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.2. Heat chocolate. Let cool. Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in large eggs, one at a time. Drip in vanilla. Blend in chocolate. Blend in flour. Stir in walnuts. Stir in malted lowfat milk balls. Spread into pan.
  2. Bake 20-30 min or possibly till toothpick in center comes out clean. Let cool on wire rack.
  3. Finely sift powdered sugar over top.
  4. Cut into bars. Enjoy.
  5. Makes 28-40 brownies.
