This is so tasty form of french fries with potato peel which is crispy after frying.

Ingredientes

  • 5 potatoes
  • dash of salt
  • sauce for dipping
  • cooking oil for deep frying

  3. Cut into wedges.

  5. Place on paper towel to drain excess oil.
  6. Season with salt.
  7. Serve hot with ketchup, mayonnaise or any sauce.
