Ingredientes

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 c. honey
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 c. veg. oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 c. raw wheat germ
  • 1/4 c. bran
  • 2 c. grated zucchini, unpeeled
  • 3/4 - 1 1/2 c. minced nuts as desired
  • 1 c. raisins (opt.)

Direcciones

  1. Beat large eggs and honey together; stir in vanilla and oil. Put together dry ingredients and add in to first mix, beating well. Stir in zucchini, nuts and raisins. Pour 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 325 degrees for 60 to 70 min. Cool before serving. This bread freezes well.
