Receta Zucchini Honey Bread

Ingredientes
- 3 large eggs
- 1 c. honey
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. veg. oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/4 c. raw wheat germ
- 1/4 c. bran
- 2 c. grated zucchini, unpeeled
- 3/4 - 1 1/2 c. minced nuts as desired
- 1 c. raisins (opt.)
Direcciones
- Beat large eggs and honey together; stir in vanilla and oil. Put together dry ingredients and add in to first mix, beating well. Stir in zucchini, nuts and raisins. Pour 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 325 degrees for 60 to 70 min. Cool before serving. This bread freezes well.
