Ingredients: 1/2 c. apple juice; 2/3 c. applesauce; 1/2 c. grated apple; 1 pch nutmeg; 1/2 tsp cinnamon; 4 Tbsp. sugar; 1/2 tsp salt; 1 1/2 Tbsp. nonfat dry lowfat milk; 3/4 c. whole wheat flour; 2 1/4 c. bread flour; 1 1/2 tsp dry yeast; 1 Tbsp. margarine

Ingredientes

1/2 c. apple juice
2/3 c. applesauce
1/2 c. grated apple
1 pch nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. nonfat dry lowfat milk
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
2 1/4 c. bread flour
1 1/2 tsp dry yeast
1 Tbsp. margarine

Direcciones

Add in all ingredients to machine in order recommended by machine manufactuer. Select "white bread" setting; crust color medium.
This recipe yields 1 loaf.
Yield: 1 loaf
