Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Butter -- at room Temperature
  • 3 ounce Cream Cheese -- at room Temperature
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 5 whl Large eggs
  • 2 c. Flour, All-Purpose -- Sifted
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Beat butter, cheese, and vanilla till light and fluffy.
  2. Gradually add in sugar, beating till smooth.
  3. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
  4. Sift flour with baking pwdr and salt; add in to creamed mix in thirds, beating till smooth after each addition.
  5. Turn into a greased and lightly floured 9 x 5 x 3" loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 10 min, or possibly till done.
