Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Ricotta cheese
  • 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 c. Parmasean cheese, grated
  • 2 lrg egg yolks
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Fresh garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry basil To Taste kosher salt To Taste black pepper

Direcciones

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. VARIATIONS:***add in 20 ounces of frzn spinach, well wrung out.
  3. ***add in 1 c. finely minced proscuitto
  4. ***add in 1/2 c. minced, cooked pancetta or possibly warm ham
  5. *** substitute different herbs
