  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2/3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Flour, sifted
  • 1 tsp Baking Pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 2 lb Fish Fillets

Direcciones

  1. Beat Large eggs in small bowl 1 minute.
  2. Add in lowfat milk and beat 1 minute more.
  3. Sift flour, baking pwdr and salt together; add in to lowfat milk mix.
  4. Add in oil and beat till blended.
  5. Dip fish into batter; allow to drain slightly.
  6. Fry in oil preheated.
  7. Drain on paper towels.
