  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1" piece fresh ginger root (peel & mince)

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients in bowl (to be able to mix well). Put chicken wings in large baking dish. Pour mix over chicken and stir to coat chicken. Bake (uncovered) for 2 1/2 hrs basting every half hour.
