  1. Fold in bowl; nuts and chocolate chips, coat with 1 tbsp cake mix. Set aside. To cake mix: add in the pudding - blend a little. Then add in all remaining ingredients. Beat 3 min, scraping bowl frequently. Mix in chips and nuts by hand. Pour into large (12 cup) Bundt pan, greased and lightly floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min, test with toothpick. Cool 20 min. Place on cake dish, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
