  • 2 c. walnuts, finely minced
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon-sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 c. whole blueberries (fresh or possibly frzn)
  • 1 c. bananas, finely diced
  • 1 c. veg. oil
  • 1 T finely shredded orange peel (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Grease and flour 2 (9 x 5 x 3 inch) loaf pans. Sprinkle 1/2 cup nuts in bottom of each pan. In large bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, cinnamon sugar, salt and nutmeg. Put together remaining ingredients. Add in to dry ingredients. Stir just till moistened. Stir in remaining nuts. Spoon batter into prepared pans. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. Let cool in pans 10 min. Remove to rack; cool.
