Ingredients: 1 c. Sugar; 1/4 c. Butter, melted; 3 x Large eggs, slightly beaten; 3/4 c. Light corn syrup; 1/4 tsp Salt; 2 Tbsp. Bourbon; 1 tsp Vanilla; 1/2 c. Minced pecans; 1/2 c. Chocolate chips; 1 x Pie, (9-inch) shell

Ingredientes

1 c. Sugar
1/4 c. Butter, melted
3 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. Light corn syrup
1/4 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp. Bourbon
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 c. Minced pecans
1/2 c. Chocolate chips
1 x Pie, (9-inch) shell

Direcciones

Cream sugar and butter. Add in Large eggs, syrup, salt, bourbon, and vanilla. Mix till blended. Spread pecans and chocolate chips in bottom of pie shell.
Pour filling into shell. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 40 to 50 min.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
